If you need to know the model number of your Sensi thermostat, it’s found on the back of the thermostat face plate. Simply remove the face plate from the wall, flip it over, and it’s on a sticker on the back.
You may also need to know which type of Wi-Fi radio manufacturer your Sensi has for our router compatibility article. That information is also on the back of the thermostat face plate, in a corner with the FCC information.
If it says “Qualcomm” then you have the Qualcomm Wi-Fi radio. If it says “Murata” then you have the Murata Wi-Fi radio.
